Today, September 3, marks the 134th consecutive day of no rain for me in San Diego. The reason I added the "for me" is because "scattered thunderstorms" have brought localized rain to areas of San Diego, just not the areas I've been in. The record for the city is 184 days, set just four years ago.
It is also 93 degrees in our bedroom (and probably equally as warm outside) and I'm just tired of the prevailing weather pattern that has brought gradually warmer temperatures and equally non-existent precipitation to this area since...well...April 23 (the last day it rained).
