Another year of biking in the books

Last year, I logged 1,200 miles of bike commuting (to/from work) at an average speed of about 14.5 mph. This year, I improved to 1,550 miles and 14.87 mph. Both years had their variables. In 2007, I only started bike commuting in April, and my commute changed from 31 R/T to about 21 miles R/T in June. In 2008, I was out of work for about a month at the end of July, and my commute went from 21 miles R/T to about 10 miles R/T at the end of August. This meant more bike commutes over shorter distances. All told, I rode in to work 105 days in 2008 out of a possible 225 work days. My 2009 bike commute variable as well, since we're moving back to Seattle in June and who knows where I'll be working once we get there (it could be from home, which will be my shortest commute yet!)
